The flowers were gorgeous! The customer service was excellent! Emerson went above and beyond to deliver graveside flowers to our beloved Mom. We now live out of the state and this meant so much to us.

Online ordering was easy, staff was incredibly helpful, my order was delivered quickly, and my mom LOVED the arrangement. The entire experience was great! 2024 update: I just want to come back to this review again. I found the Flower Stop during COVID when I was looking for delivery. During a very hard time, they were fast and provided a gorgeous arrangement. Since then, I've gone to them every time I need flowers, and they have never disappointed. Their same-day delivery is fast, they're super communicative, and the flowers are consistently beautiful. I still highly recommend them to anyone looking for great flowers and a great experience.

Many thanks for the gorgeous arrangement, for my cousin’s wake. It was a perfect statement, and not a typical “basket arrangement”. My uncle left some arrangements at the cemetery, and others at the church. This one though, he made certain to bring to his home.

What a beautiful sun flower arrangement with an added yellow rose. Great service & delivery. I will highly recommend to Friends & Family needing to send flowers to Umass Hospital. Called in the order and the man on telephone was very nice & polite. Thank you so much. The person receiving them, Loved the arrangement.

My mother and I had flowers delivered to my aunt, we were concerned of the arrangement for the price because this was our first time going to The Flower Stop, I’m very pleased they did a wonderful job. The price was a bit high for the smallest arrangement but I will return to them If the need arises. The flowers were very beautiful colorful and fresh.

I needed flowers for a promposal for my girlfriend (yes I know, by default we should already be going together since we’re already dating, but I figured it would be something nice for her) and I didn’t want to get them from any supermarket. So I checked out The Flower Stop on Stafford Street after searching online for local high rated florist because I knew nothing about flowers. Even though I almost had no clue on what to do, I was greeted as soon as I walked into the shop and was complimented on my glasses by a lady who was actually an employee. She was super helpful and the other staff members were also very helpful and friendly. Despite it not being a big shop, it felt very homey and the shop was full of beautiful flowers. I was guided throughout the process and the staff helped me along the way of the process and procedure of ordering flowers. I ordered Pink Hydrangeas because I knew they were my girlfriend’s favorite flowers. Days later I came back and I picked up the flowers and met some more staff members that were super friendly. They flowers were beautifully wrapped and I felt very satisfied. I walked out the shop with the flowers in my hand full of excitement and confidence because I knew they would make her so happy . And they did! She loved them so much, she could tell they weren’t from just generic supermarket. My overall experience here was awesome, thanks Flower Stop! I’ll definitely will return for more flowers for the upcoming prom.

I received these beautiful flowers on March 6th as a birthday gift from my daughter who lives in Boston. The photo does not do them the justice they deserve. One of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen .The amount of flowers along with the color and variety was outstanding. I have photos of them from the day they arrived a week ago Tuesday and one from this morning . As you can see they are still lovey and the smell in my home is amazing. In the past my daughter has sent flowers to me from other on line sites and they have not been at all what she had requested. I couldn't wait to show her the picture of these when they arrived. They were beyond her expectations and we are truly satisfied. The Flower Stop is our new florist for all of our future needs ! Thank you so much for the pride you display in your products. Flower Stop is easily one of the best floral design companies in Worcester. Every bouquet is so thoughtfully-constructed while maintaining a bit of natural charm and whimsy. Their showroom and garden are beautiful, seasonal spaces and it's always a delight to visit whenever I'm near Webster Square. The shop's team members are always delightful to work with and I find Flower Stops online ordering system especially convenient for purchasing same-day presents. Every bouquet I've gifted has been well-received. For those interested in the art form, I would also highly recommend signing up for one of their guided floral arrangement workshops.
